I’ve fully realized today that change is inevitable. As I watched the airport worker throw my bag onto the airplane from my 7f window seat, I thought about the last 6 years and how I never once imagined I’d be here. I had always dreamt my band would take off and I’d have no worries in the world. As we all know that’s quite impossible to accomplish. I’ve seen almost everyone of my friends bands surpass me on their way to success, and yet I still haven’t given up. Ive been questioning a lot lately, like what the hell i do this for and why i put up with what i do. And as I looked across the land scape i saw the west coast literally disappear before my very eyes in more ways than one. i realized that its time to really start thinking about change. It was five years ago on Saturday that my life changed for the better. All I want is for everyone else to know what you tell me you think of me, not what you tell them. I’ve asked and asked, even since thanksgiving. All I’ve wanted is to feel secure. Like what is said to me is said to everyone else. So here I sit, a half broken half hopeful man. I still don’t know where I’m going, but I’ll let you know when I get there.
